New Champions Harley and Daisy

Harley Quinn (Kazuri N Van-Mar Trouble In Gotham), owned by Lisa Young, Sarah Sweetman and Jenni Nieft was shown to her 4th major to finish her CH title in style – thank you to judge Mrs Christie Martinez for this honor. She gained almost all of her points with her dad Michael Young. Harley-Q makes beagles Spencer x Puddin’s 3rd CH get for 2022.

Harley Q 12 months

Daisy is Spencer x Puddin’s 4th CH get for 2022! Piloted by her good friend Sarah Smith-Falkner, Daisy (Kazuri N Van-Mar Oops A Daisy, Here Comes Trouble TKN) won WB/BOB for her final major. Thank you judge Mr. Randy E. Garren for finding Daisy today. It’s hard to find points in 13s so I am so happy we could do it. Thank you to the Chamberlain family for sharing her with me and allowing her to be shown.

Daisy 12 months

Sister Maddie (Kazuri N Van-Mar Trouble Takes The Cake), owned by Sarah Smith-Falkner, went WB/BOW in 15s, and so she is halfway to her CH title also. I am so proud of these pups. ❤ Bred by myself (Sarah Sweetman) & Chelsea Metteer.

Nick gets Best in Show #8

This weekend, in Tunica, MS, Nick (MBIS MBISS GCHG Kazuri’s All I Want For Christmas CGC TKN) got his 8th BIS!!! I couldn’t be more proud.

We are so thankful to judge Mr James G Reynolds for the BOV win and to Hound specialist Mr Michael Canalizo for the Hound Group win and Best In Show win on Saturday.

It was so so hot, but Nick didn’t miss a beat in the ring. He is ever the showman even letting out an “AROOOOOO” in BIS to let everyone know he was there to compete.

Thank you to Mike for always presenting Nick so beautifully, and for Karen and great grand daughter Hailey for being such a great support system to him.

We are also so thankful to judge Mrs. Anne Katona for the BOV and Hound Group 1 win on Thursday.

We are also grateful to judge Ms. Debra Thornton for the BOV win and to Mr James G Reynolds for the Hound Group 2 on Friday.

We are thankful to judge Mr Michael Canalizo for finding Nick in BOV and to judge .Ms. Debra Thornton for giving him a Group 1 on Sunday.

June has been a wonderful month for our boy who keeps proving consistency is key. He finishes out the month, despite taking a weekend off, with 1 x BIS, 3 x Group 1s, 1 x Group 2s, 4 x Group 3s and 2 x Group 4s. <3

Brie and Emmy’s beagle puppy’s turn 7 weeks

Brie and Emmy’s pups are just darling – they are eating, playing, snuggly, mini-beagles 🙂 I adore them. Their little personalities are coming out and they are just so fun. I can hardly believe they will start going to their new homes in just over a week.

They are still enjoying the gardens and outdoors – so you can enjoy the latest photos I took of them playing out there. xo

All of these puppies are spoken for. To get on the waitlist for future puppies, please fill out our questionnaire. Thanks.

Beagle puppies venture outside

This time of the year can be unpredictable at best in terms of the weather – we have had days where the rain doesnt seem to want to end and then other days of glorious sunshine.

So – on the days of sun, we let the babies play outside. They aren’t nervous at all – they are so excited to explore their new surroundings. Oh how I love this stage with all it’s wide eyed wonder

Emmy & Brie’s beagle pups are 4 weeks

Emmy and Brie’s pups are 4 weeks old. They are now eating 3 meals a day and only nursing a couple of times as they begin to wean and experience the world as big puppies.

We have seen an explosion of exploration this week as they gather the courage to move outside the sleeping boxes and explore around the pen and play with each other and toys and even explore other areas when given the opportunity. I hope that it will continue to warm up outside so we can take them outside soon.

Penny’s pups are growing up

Penny is full recovered from her surgery and fully in love with her puppies. They are getting full bellies and growing bigger every day.

I hate to admit it, but they are so dang cute. <3

Penny and Watson’s family named them – so without further ado – here are:

Lily

Linus

Wyatt

I have a current waitlist. These pups wont be available – thank you for understanding.

Penny and Watson have pups

Sometimes you plan litters so carefully and they don’t work out, and other times Mother Nature has it’s own plans and you get an accidental miracle. I am not here to point fingers at anyone as there is no point in that. But, this wasn’t quite a litter I planned, but nevertheless it came – Penny was younger than the ideal age for breeding.

Under the guidance of Dr Thoreson from Klahaya, he felt Penny would be healthy enough to carry the litter despite her age. And thankfully, she had a healthy, complication free pregnancy.

Unfortunately during her labor, greenish goop came out which is not a great sign. I called Dr Thoreson and he agreed to do a c-section. One of her pups had died a day or so before, and so was un-saveable. But we got 3 healthy pups out alive – 2 boys and a girl.

Penny is starting to recover well and though she thinks the babies are aliens, I am sure she will fall in love soon. Funny story, we put one of the beagle pups on her boobs to make her nipples easier to latch onto. Oh the things we do as breeders.

At this stage none of these pups are available. Thanks for understanding.
